Returns and Exchange Policy

At Coryn & Kin, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our detailed policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items on sale or clearance, or those marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return:

    • Email us at wecare@corynandkin.com with your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
    • Attach photographs of the product to validate its condition.
  2. Approval Confirmation:

    • Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return address to ship the product back.
  3. Shipping the Product:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product sent by us.
    • Use a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery of the return package.
  4. Inspection and Refund:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.
  • Processing Time: It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Want to exchange your item? No problem!

  • Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability.
  • Follow the same steps as the return process and mention the desired exchange details in your email.
  • We will ship the exchanged product once the original item is returned and inspected.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

  • Email us at wecare@corynandkin.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide your order number and photographs of the product highlighting the issue.
  • We will cover the shipping costs for defective or incorrect returns and ensure a replacement is sent promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as sale, final sale or non-refundable.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Customized or personalized orders.
  • Undergarments, socks, or similar intimate items for hygiene reasons and accessories.

Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
  • If an item is returned without prior approval, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • We are not responsible for any items lost in transit during the return process.
