Shipping Destinations

We deliver across India and select international locations. Whether you're in the heart of a city or a remote area, we’ll do our best to get your order to you.

  • Domestic Shipping: Available across all states in India.
  • International Shipping: Currently available in select countries, including the UK and UAE.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons or sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–7 business days from dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 2–3 business days from dispatch.

2. International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: Delivered within 7–15 business days depending on the destination country.
  • Express International Shipping: Delivered within 5–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, extreme weather, or courier issues.


Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders

  • Standard Shipping: ₹99 flat rate (Free for orders above ₹1,499).
  • Express Shipping: ₹199 flat rate.

International Orders

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can track your order using the provided tracking ID on the courier partner’s website.

Missed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery three times. If the delivery is unsuccessful:

  • For domestic orders, the package will be returned to us, and we will reach out to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
  • For international orders, additional charges may apply for re-shipment.

Important Notes

  1. Ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.
  2. Orders once dispatched cannot be rerouted to a different address.
  3. International customers are responsible for understanding and complying with customs regulations of their country.
